Service: Plan and Facilitate Change Efforts
PDA will help you create a shared framework and a road map for structuring activities and responsibilities and laying out their proper sequence. Most importantly, we will help you foster meaningful dialogue among all the stakeholders keeping everyone focused and working together toward a common goal. Service Highlight # 1 A Fortune 50 manufacturing company wanted to combine their product development and manufacturing organizations to create an integrated product development group. The leadership team struggled with how to manage such a huge transition that involved the integration of the engineering and manufacturing cultures, the consolidation of facilities in multiple states into one, and the overwhelming complexity of how to design and manage the new entity. PDA help design a change roadmap that included a series of small and large group meetings that successfully launched the new organization in seven months. |

Workshop Refund Policy: The full cost less a $50 administrative fee will be refunded for cancellations received up to five days in advance of the workshop. No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than five days before the workshop. |
