This program will explore best practices in change facilitation that can assure the delivery of performance-enhancing change, while speeding the rate of implementation. In this workshop participants learn how to establish a framework and a roadmap for change, as well as a reliable process for engaging all levels of the organizaion in enacting the change. Most importantly, the workshop will provide tools to help foster meaningful discussions among all the impacted groups or organizations keeping everyone focused and working together toward a comman goal.
