There is a dual agenda facing corporations today: balancing the demands for the profitability of the business with the need to create exciting, energizing and meaningful work environments for employees. In the Designing Organizations workshop participants learn how to integrate strategies, structures and processes to create highly motivating, high performance work environments. In this workshop participants move from thinking through the strategic view of the organization all the way down to the operational structures and proceses needed to sustain the organization's effectiveness.
