Strategic Analysis Lab
In today's rapidly changing business environment, we are confronted with reams of confusing and inconsistent data and need to decide on an effective strategy This workshop helps executives learn how to understand and respond to the complexities that leaders are confronted with. The Strategic Analysis Lab is a fast-paced immersion in which participants must make sense of constantly changing and evolving scenarios drawn from their own enviornment. Participants will develop processes and procedures for effective information sharing, fostering teamwork, creating a common problem definition, developing scenarios, and making strategic decisions. This workshop is highly customized, focusing on a real world business problem drawn from the participants' world. Currently this program is being delivered to a number of United States Government agencies in law enforcement.
