Nancy's experience includes building effective teams at all organizatinoal levels, including those that cross international boundaries. As Change Manager for the planning and implementation of a reengineering effort she helped transform a large corporate-funded service organization to fee-for-service. This included working with large and small groups to design and implement new business processes. She has also consulted to organizations who needed a high-involvement approach to strategic planning which included collaborating with clients to design a process for including as many members of the organization as possible in planning for implementation. Clients have said that this approach allows for better and faster execution than more traditional top-down planning.

Nancy's education includes earning a M.S. in Applied Behavioral Science with a concentration in Organization Development from Johns Hopkins University, 1998 and a
Certificate in Change Management from Johns Hopkins University, 1995. She also earned a B.A. in English with a minor in German from Texas A&M University, 1990.
